Morning Masters Swim Workout

August 9, 2012 by Mom on the Make Leave a Comment

Swimming Pool

Really loved the workout this morning.  I challenged myself to keep going hard and stretching out through the whole workout.

We did not take big breaks between sets, which really kept our heart rates up.

200 IM

8×75 (kick on odd, swim on even)

4x (4×50 back down, free back – 4 x25 fly kick on back – 150 pull)
