Fabulous workout this morning and I just had to share.
I liked the variety and the lengths of the swims.
Swim Workout, March 18, 2013
4 x 100 (kick, swim, scull, swim)
4 x 75 (drill, swim, drill)
4 x 50 Kick (easy down, fast back)
3 x 200 free
8 x 25 (two laps of each stroke)
3 x 150 free
8 x 25 (two laps of each stroke)
3 x 100 free
8 x 25 (two laps of each stroke)
Great workout and great start to my week.
5:30am is reeeeaaaaally early to get out of my cozy bed, but I suppose its worth it.
I really should try to get to the pool more.
Great, workout. I suppose it IS tough to get out of your cozy bed, but I’m sure it is well worth it and give you a sense of satisfaction and well-being. I miss swim workouts, and maybe I’ll try to get a workout in after work.
Speaking of swimming, I went on a whale watching trip just off of Newport beach. I saw amazingly hugh fin whales. Incredible. But, the most amazing thing ever was we found a pod of 300 to 400 dolphins. I LOVED IT ! They were absolutely beautiful. I wanted to hug them ! I must admit, they reminded me of the butterfly ! 🙂

Wow, the dolphins sound amazing! Swimming with dolphins has always been a dream of mine. They are so darn adorable.
