Today was a variety filled workout with IM Roll Thrus – my absolute favorite.
IM roll thrus are the best, except when I have to swim breastroke.
There is a weird cracking sound in my knees lately when I do the breastroke kick.
Probably not a good thing. I’ve adjusted my kick slightly to be more like a butterfly kick.
No pain there.

This drawing is supposed to show how I thought I would feel this morning (drowning), because I was SO tired.
But, I actually felt much better than my stick figure drawing would indicate. 🙂 Thank goodness.

200 kick, scull, free
100 DPS (distance per stroke)
3 x 100 free descend
4 x (25 free on .30, 50 free on 1:00, 75 IM Roll Thru on 1:15, 100 Free {third lap back} on 1:30)
2×200 pull on 3:00
4×50 kick down, free back
12 x 25 (at least three butterfly)
2800 yards total
